We talk about the Pilates powerhouse here ~ it is much more than just “ab work” because it’s about a dynamic powerful connection of your arms to your back, your legs to your waist, and translates to how you connect/fire/perform on and off the court.

Start HERE with this workout to get a sense of the lower back curl (half roll downs) without hip gripping, and the upper ab curl (finding the lats too) without neck strain. Repeat this workout a few times to really “get it” then take this understanding of how to connect to your core and engage ‘front-to-back’ into all the others.
