I have been a member of the CoreSelf online community since January 2021 and have loved every workout I have done with Brooke, either recorded or live. I have been able to refine my practice so much and have learnt to listen to my body and choose the workout that I need on a daily basis. I learn something every time I am on the mat and love all the tips/reminders. Also, Brooke makes the workouts very personal and fun and I love to see others in the studio working out too.

I honestly love picking my workout each day and always feel so much freer in my body and calmer in my mind.

Each month I get excited to see the new workouts for that month drop onto the website and I make a list of the new ones to do that month.

I could go on and on but I honestly use Brooke's Pilates tips every day, whether I am doing another workout/run and need to warm up first or out for a walk thinking of my posture! I also substitute Brooke's abs/stretches for other exercises in classes that I do! I know they are always safe and good for my body!

Before I found CoreSelf, I went to a local studio twice a week but it was quite expensive and now I can do some pilates every day and in my own time/space… often with my dog!!
I also used to have some back pain (too much running/high intensity/gym work) but doing some pilates every day with Brooke keeps me pain free and helps me in my other training.

I just wish I lived in the USA and not the UK and could attend the studio classes, but honestly the online works great for me.

Some of my favourite workouts are the daily short earth ones, all of the metal section for a bit of a reset and I go to chisel when I need to sweat and get a great workout! But all of the sections are fab and in October, I love the Coretober challenge when I get to work to Brooke's suggested schedule and get a well rounded practice.

I honestly cannot recommend CoreSelf and Brooke enough and am so grateful to have found this awesome community.
