Train like an ATHLETE

Athletes train to have strength and power, agility and the ability to pivot, concentration and center awareness, body control in space, coordination and precision of movement, a real efficiency within whole body activation, awareness of imbalances or differences in sides in motion, dynamic power and also endurance, stamina and mindful recovery. Don’t we all want to train this way? For life? For handling whatever comes next or whatever ways we want to play?

You don’t have to be a star in the WNBA to train like an athlete, so let’s do it.

Let’s take our Pilates mat workout standing, squating, planking and down to the floor to train our POWERHOUSE and access the real athletic nature of classical Pilates workouts.

All you need is an open mind. We will warmup, cool down, stay safe, use the floor, towels, weights, magic circles and the mat. Modifications will be offered, this is for every level.

2 hour workout, $90

Brooke’s experience with athletes has range and includes the casual jogger to the pro NFL player… many WNBA players, USWNT soccer players, NCAA collegiate athletes, high school swimmers and baseball players, cycling teams and ski clubs, swim teams and Olympic long distance runners. There will be time at the end for Q and A too.
