First Thing (15m)

Help your whole body wake up, turn on, get stretched, get moving… first thing.
Spine movement and stretches. Pauses to hold and breath. Chill activation work in between. Curl the low back and do some extension. Hip stretches and leg circles. Finish with big hammy/groin stretch and you’re ready for whats up next!
