Standing Towel Warmup (10)

Love this standing towel warmup. All you need is standing room. Use the towel to open the chest, shoulders, spine, whole body wakeup. Activate the shoulders by keeping tension on the towel (thumbs with fingers) and use it for squats/lower powerhouse activation too. Crazy about the towel for stretch + work!
