Cadillac Spring work into full Ballet Stretch Series with fluffies

Using the Cadillac* springs to stretch and work. We will move from…. leg springs, arm springs, side bicycle, breaststroke, into the full Ballet Stretches standing, kneeling and hanging with fluffies. Let’s review and do all these exercises to completion!

* Join with a Cadillac, or Wall Unit/Tower combo, or just to observe, ask questions, engage even if you don’t have the full apparatus/Cadillac fluffies.

I love teaching these deep dive mini workshops I call Rooted & Wild. It’s how we stay true to the classical work, and really play and find it in our bodies and our whole lives!

Rooted : classical Pilates, form focused, connect to the essence of the movement, understand the method as applies to the whole body, the whole practice, your whole self, and rooting/grounding into the moment and the movement.

Wild : playful, fun, curious, creative and fresh. presence leading to play and tapping into deep potential and wild possibility, space to ask all the questions, try new variations, and continue loving your practice.
