Ahhh welcome to January and ‘not the new year’ as we see it with the Five Elements, but still the depth of winter and the yin aspects of nourishing and mindful movement.
We talk about this time in nature and the shared calendar. We talk about the power of the back-body, the posterior chain, the hammies and glutes and backside and all the strength and power we can build there in the Water Element season, all to help us with expansion come summer and the Fire Element.
