WUNDA ROOTS include much more than the 4 exercises in the true Classical Basic System.
The Wunda Chair is where we find so much grounding, strength, core connection and athletic movements to elevate our practice and enhance our everyday life.
We plant our roots first using the TOE CORRECTOR and FOOT CORRECTOR for some basics. Then it’s all WUNDA from there!
If you don’t have a Toe/Foot Corrector that’s fine. Bring a tennis ball to practice + take notes/observe.
Come ready to workout, take notes, ask questions and participate.
Short 10 min break midway for in person plus online.
