Foundations WORKSHOP SUNDAY SESSION

3 PLACES!

As we develop range in the lower powerhouse - the legs/hips/lowback, we travel to 3 places : front-side-back.
We visit these 3 places in every BALLET STRETCH pattern but it’s so much more.

Finding STRENGTH and RANGE of motion is the biggest goal here.

We will use the Ladder Barrel, Cadillac, Wunda Chairs and of course begin on the Mat to work on this range of motion in the hips, spine, legs to ankle - the entire lower powerhouse while still paying attention to the patterns of flexion and extension in the upper body.

This work of connecting to your BODY’S range in 3 places is really essential to both aging well AND performing at a high level as an athlete. Balance work! This content from Foundational exercises to Advanced will help you in YOUR BODY and your teaching of a wide variety of clients.

Really fun content to move through + super super applicable to your life, training, clients needs, and just feeling good day to day.

Come ready to workout, take notes, ask questions and move swiftly through a lot of material in three hours! Short 10 min break midway for in person plus online.
