FOUR FOUNDATIONS of MOVEMENT : REFORMER + CADILLAC
Setup the Foundations movements in the body - Frame, Powerhouse, Opposition, Flexibility and train strong, solid roots.
We will use the Reformer + some Mat and the Cadillac Push Through Bar to really find spine flexibility in every frame. We will spend quality time to juice out the work of the full Short Box Series.
Return to your ROOTS in your practice with deep core work + improve your skills on teaching the fundamentals of movement to your clients.
For both avid students and teachers with various backgrounds.
Come ready to workout, take notes, ask questions and move swiftly through a lot of material in three hours! Short 15 min break midway for in person plus online.
