5 - Standing + Floor work (12m)

Standing work with hip and spine mobility. Single leg balance work and squat holds. Into simple floor work on hands and feet - floating and will not need a mat. Really activates upper powerhouse by pressing into the ground, for strength and stretch. Whole body work for strength and opening.
