Grab 3-5lb weights and let’s do mat!

Light weights make for big work. Upper powerhouse on - so the lats are really firing and the back - more than the traps and shoulders.

We will take the weights through the mat work and get the core really firing. Hold with long wrists and no tension. Drop them if you need a break, or keep on with me.

These are 3lb ‘lemons’ or weighted balls that I use!
