This is a recording of the Live Community Mat class for this month. The video includes all your great questions, my spontaneous answers, and a full workout too!

We talked about the reality of new years resolutions falling on the Water Element time of year, when it’s more natural to be resting, restoring, dreaming, planning, being and less about doing and personal pressure. SO all that said, I love to focus on the form and the ‘why’ of my workout, but not put big new years goals and resolutions and pressure on myself and my workout right now mid-winter. In the spring I am more inclined for that energy of action, growth, pushing, expanding, doing!
